Quick start

Blink reviews the code your coding agent writes and gives the results back to the agent. A review runs on every file edit and takes less than half a second.

  1. Install the GitHub app

    Install on GitHub

  2. Install the CLI

    1. curl -fsSL https://blink.review/install.sh | sh

  3. Sign in

    1. blink auth login

  4. Connect your coding agent

    1. blink setup claude-code

    To remove the hooks, run blink setup claude-code --remove.

Check the setup

  1. Check the CLI, the sign-in and the hooks

    blink doctor

Each line says what works, or what to run.

Update

  1. Install the newest CLI

    blink update

Uninstall

  1. Remove Blink

    blink uninstall

This removes the hooks, the CLI and your sign-in.
